KJM Design produces detailed drawings to ensure planning and building regulations approval. Other services offered are feasibility studies, measured property surveys, structural design and calculations, as well as full planning agency services.

We are a one-stop shop for planning services. Customers come to us with their ideas and using our skills and experience we make them happen.

We will take your initial ideas from conception all the way through to the approval of your plans. However, we do not stop there! We will be on hand to offer support through the entire building phase and beyond.

How our Plan Drawing Service Works:

Step One

Fill out our enquiry form located on our website, which can also be by clicking here. The forms are straightforward and only take a minute of your time. Rest assured, all of your details are kept confidential and will never be passed onto a third party.

Step Two Usually within 24 hours, you will receive a tailor-made quote from us outlining your specific project requirements. If you are satisfied with the quote and are interested in employing our service, simply register for a Private Client account via our website.

Step Three Once you have registered as a new customer, we will contact you through the website to arrange a convenient time to carry out a measured survey of your plans. Once a suitable time for a survey is agreed upon, we will issue an invoice for your initial 30% deposit. The invoice will be available to view via your Private Client account and can also be paid online using debit/credit card or via PayPal. Your 30% deposit must be paid at least 2 working days before your survey date.

Step Four One of our trained survey teams will conduct a digital measured survey of your property before we produce the detailed plans for your project (our typical turnaround time is 7-10 working days). Once the survey is completed, your drawings will be sent directly to your email address along with a copy of your final invoice.

Step Five Alterations to your plans can be requested at this stage, if needed, and will be carried out by us completely free of charge.

Step Six Once you are happy with the final plans, we will submit them to the council on your behalf. A copy of your planning application will be uploaded to your Private Client account for your records. We will then liaise directly with your local authority, on your behalf, until your plans are passed.

We Produce Clear Plans but Have an Even Clearer Pricing Policy

Quotations provided by us will include your OS Digital mapping charges and our planning agency fees together with UNLIMITED revisions for any alterations requested by your local authority - meaning no surprise charges later on.
