Our Design fees start at just £350.00 for planning only drawings and from just £450.00 for planning and building regulations combined drawings.

We offer complete tailor made packages that include all of your local authority planning fees, printing fees, OS maps and full planning agency services so that you can budget for everything you need in order to get your plans approved.
