I specifically wanted a company which would draw the plans with the CAD programme as it is very clear and detailed. Both the plans and building regs were great just what i wanted with lots of detail.
 
Kevin sent the provisional plans via email, we changed some of the details and it was sent straight back to me very quickly.
 
After I received the final plans, kevin suggested that I should apply for planning myself via the planning portal, which is what i did and he provided all the links and info that I needed it took me about 1 hour.
